It took me a while, but I think the reason why I’ve been having a pretty shitty year in general was because I haven’t completely grieved. Honestly, the whole ordeal hasn’t been on my mind for a whole semester now. I was reminded by Donald a week ago during juries and remembered it today and began reading articles that I didn’t know were published. Also, I’ve never been good with my feelings and allowing myself to be vulnerable. The truth is that I don’t quite know what to say, how to feel, what to do, even to this day.

All I can say is… I miss you more than words can say & I hope you rest in peace, Mai Hayakawa <3
